     Through hypnotherapy and/or holistic education and coaching, you will  identify and make the changes you need to create the life you desire and deserve! ​
​​     I use an individualized, personal approach to mind-body health and wellness.  My goal is to help you gain the knowledge and tools you need to take charge of your health and wellness for excellent self-care and self-improvement. 
     
In addition, I use a functional medicine approach which works at identifying root causes of diseases and conditions in order to prevent and/or begin to reverse them. By maximizing what your body needs, minimizing things that are harmful, and prioritizing self-care, your body can begin to heal itself.

​     Hypnotherapy and Health Education/Coaching sessions are for 45-60 minutes, though the first session is generally 60 -90 minutes.
